Meet & Greet at São Tiago Fort

The evening before the big day, we'd love to welcome you to a relaxed and informal meet & greet at the beautiful São Tiago Fort. Built in the early 1600s to protect Funchal from corsair attacks, the fort is perched above the seafront in the heart of the city's oldest district, Zona Velha.

We'll be serving drinks and some light snacks, and we hope you'll stop by to say hello and get to know the other guests before the wedding celebrations begin. The surrounding area is perfect for a stroll, with narrow cobbled streets, colorful buildings, street art, and lots of charming bars. There are also many lovely restaurants nearby if you'd like to grab a bite before or after.
